یکی از مشکلات کاربران نمایشگر های بزرگ که در اتاقهای جلسات و سالنهای کنفرانس با آن مواجه هستند این است که ناچارند برای ارائه مطلب خود در کنار کامپیوتر مستقر شوند . ریموت کنترل کامپیوتر با نام تجاری Ultra Mini Keyboard به کاربر این امکان را می دهد که از هر مکان دلخواه داخل جلسه کنترل کامپیوتر خود را به دست بگیرند و بر روی تصویر ویدئو پروژکتور یا نمایشگر های LCD , پلاسما ، به سادگی مطالب مورد نظر خود را پرزنت نمایند .
این دستگاه امکان کنترل ماوس را از طریق Pad تعبیه شده بر روی آن از فاصله حدکثر 30 متر (از کامپیوتر) فراهم می کند . ضمنا کیبورد کوچک دستگاه کاربر را قادر می سازد در هنگام ضرورت (نظیر درج نام کاربری و پسورد ) نیازی به مراجعه به کامپیوتر نداشته باشد . یکی دیگر از مزایای این ریموت کنترل نشانگر لیزری آن می باشد .
لازم به ذکر است ارتباط ریموت کنترل با کامپیوتر به صورت رادیویی بوده و از طریق یک رابط USB وایرلس صورت می گیرد .
